What information do we collect?
If you are a user with general public and anonymous access, this website does not capture or store personal information about you but simply logs your IP address, which is automatically recognised by our web server. This is known as a ‘log file’ which we use to compile site usage statistics.
How we process and store your data
Easystore only holds physical copies of customer rental agreements and identification for the duration of each customer’s rental period; after which time, these documents are destroyed.
We do not hold credit or debit card information and all physical copies of existing agreements are kept in locked cupboards which are themselves housed within the main office area, which is alarmed and monitored via RedCare.
Absolutely no customer information is shared with any other parties at any time. Easystore does not ever canvass our customers with marketing material and no communications occur other than those directly related to the customer’s occupancy.
Some areas of this website offer email updates. To receive these email updates, you need to register, giving: your email address and a user name. We do not share the information you provide with any third parties and we protect it in accordance with the Data Protection Act.
