From our base in Cardiff, Easystore helps individuals, families or companies with their storage needs.

From storing items between house moves, to using our facilities as an extension of the family home, to operating commercial premises for organisations of all sizes; our hassle-free approach to self storage works for those who want unlimited access, flexible agreements, and security for their belongings.

As a proud local business, we have supported initiatives in South Wales for a number of years such as:

• Wales Open Racketlon: an annual racket tournament held in Cardiff
• Street Football Wales: a football initiative helping those who have suffered from homelessness

Ground floor access as standard

All our units are on ground level, letting you drive your removal vehicle virtually right up to the front door. This means no lugging boxes up stairs, no waiting around for lifts, and no need to navigate long confusing corridors. Also, as it is important that everyone is able to access our storage units, they can do so irrespective of their personal mobility.

Free contents insurance

For peace of mind, all your possessions will be insured at no additional cost as there is a standard amount provided dependent on the unit size occupied. If anyone has very special needs for increased cover, we can easily arrange for this to be in place.

Free van and forklift use*

We know how stressful moving your possessions can be, so we’ll even provide a complimentary van to help you move your goods in. Terms apply, but all customers will qualify for a free day of van use. We also have a forklift at our site and our helpful team would be happy to help should you have heavy items or pallets that need a bit of extra oomph!

24-hour, 365 days a year access

As an Easystore customer, you’re allowed to access your unit any time, day or night, 365 days a year free of charge. Motion activated lighting around the facility makes it easy to access your belongings after dark.

Top-class security systems

Each of our storage units is individually alarmed and there are smoke detectors and high specification CCTV throughout the premises, allowing our staff to monitor your storage unit and respond immediately should any issues arise. You’ll have your own unique entry code to gain access to the facility via a motorised gate – the code will also deactivate the alarm on your individual storage unit. Obviously, each unit also has its own padlock – meaning the unit is still only accessible to you, and should the need arise, you can change your PIN access code whenever you like.

WiFi and electrical supply

And if that isn’t enough, there is great free Wi-Fi throughout the facility so you know you can always get online. We can also supply a metered electricity supply to your unit if you or your business require it.
